Bump, The Titan mark would be considered op in PvP though. Hopefully if this did pass to bungie they wouldn't change it.

More so that the overshield warlocks get by landing a melee?

Agreed! Maybe race specific class items are only in effect when fighting against that enemy type? Bungie has proven that they can differentiate between enemy and Guardian, not sure if drilling down to that level would be too granular.
