Mission Statement

We are adventurers who brave the world's most difficult challenges, be they physiological, technological, or ideological. We take great risks in search of the greatest rewards. Each of us has their own reasons for walking this Icarian line of ambition and foolishness. Some do it for glory and riches, some for the self-gratification of testing their own strength and limitations against the system's fiercest foes. Some do it simply to experience the exaltation that is the freedom of being an adventurer, while still others seek a more altruistic path in the protection of the world and the people they love, but together we are the Wings of Icarus. We are those who challenge the Sun.
