As we move forward as a team and continue to work together on the all too painful grind it has come up that we need to set a structure to the unit we are all in. By drawing from experience and conversation our senior cabinet has come to agreement on the following to pass and including a ranking structure to the clan to further our efforts and rewards in based on our out put. The fact of the matter is we have not been working as a team for the most part, we all seem to be on different pages and different plans on where we stand as a team. Centurion > Adjustant(s)> First Legionnaire(s)> Legionnaire (s) [u]Centurion Responsibilities:[/u] An over all over seer of clan progress, final decision maker, disciplinarian, inner politics, conflict resolution. [u]Optio Responsibilities:[/u] Conflict resolution, team support, policy enforcer, guide and figure. [u]Tesserarius:[/u] Apprentice Optio learning the ropes of leadership and menial tasks. [u]Legionnaire:[/u] Following directives, participation in group activities. We all have multiple characters and multiple nightfalls, raids, weeklys dailys and bounties to do. A semi- schedule is being formed based off everyone average schedule.
