The most destructive emotion?
Interested to see what you think the emotion/feeling that causes the most damage to/between humans is.

Any emotion you hide. They'll catch up to you one day and when they do it'll be even worse.

They all can be. It's more about controlling your emotions and harnessing them instead of letting them control you and dictate your behavior.

Literally eats you away from the inside out, causing you to feel many other emotions that contribute to making you feel even worse. On the contrary to popular opinion, this has to be the worst.
