[u][b]WE WANT YOU!! TO BECOME AN EXCEPTIONAL ADMIN[/b][/u] Since sadly we recently lost 3 of our awesome admins, Trustmeimlying2, KaleidosJoker and iBangMomsLOL. We are now looking for new, awesome, motivated admins who would love to spend their time helping me building this awesome community!! First of all, honorable mention towards the leaving admins. Thankyou for all the hard work that you guys have put in so far, you’ve really helped building up the community to where we stand today. [u][b]Now what are we looking for and what do we expect?[/b][/u] We are looking for three kind of admins right now. First of all we are looking for high end admins that not only help building the community, but they also take part in making big and hard dicissions. The exact roles i am speaking about right now, are recruitment and graphic design for our social media that still needs alot of work. Next to that we are always looking for community managers! What do we expect from you? Hehehe.. I have to admit, i’m pretty demanding. I have a big dream for this community and to achieve that the admins all work very hard and are very much appreciated!! We have groupchats on an app called GroupMe from where we manage the community and take the big decissions. We expect you to participate there and take active part in the growth of this community. We do not expect you to be a pro PVP player, but we do expect you to be experienced in the game and being able to help out other members in PvE. [u][b]Into more detail[/b][/u] [b]Recruitment[/b] First of all we are looking for a new admin that want to help me on recruiting new awesome members for the community. Taking responsibility on recruiting these new members, the quality of these new members and helping with new ideas on how we can recruit more and better players into the community. [b]Graphic designer[/b] We are really, desperatly looking for an awesome graphic designer that is willing to help me and Mike building up our facebook page. We are in need of someone who can create awesome Exceptional banners and pictures to really spice up our posts and content. If next to that you have knowledge of marketing and social media, very welcome! [b]Community management[/b] We are always looking for community managers that are willing to help Layadown keeping the community members together! Getting the members active and involved is your biggest mission. Helping them out where needed and creating ideas on how to improve matchmaking inside our community! [u][b]WE WANT YOU!!
