New TIWO character aesthetic requirements.

As decided between myself and the other leaders, all guardians possessing the DLC House of Wolves will be required to wear the class item that represents the house of wolves from Variks in the reef. When it is made available to you of course. Also another new requirement is to have myself and Gardevoirlover0 on your friends list. Another is when the ships are made available you must own all 3. There is no time limit on these (except for adding me that's mandatory) just do so whenever you have the opportunity.
