Kabr truth revealed

"Kabr fought the Vex alone. But somehow they didn't kill him" Kabr was Titan that led a team into the Vault of Glass. He had faced Templar and Atheon, but in the end he was the only Guardian left. The Shield of Aegis Grimoire tells of Kabr's final moments These are the last words of Kabr, the Legionless: I have destroyed myself to do this. They have taken my Ghost. They are in my blood and brain. But now there is hope.I have made a wound in the Vault. I have pierced it and let in the Light. Bathe in it, and be cleansed. Look to it, and understand: From my own Light and from the thinking flesh of the Vex I made a shield. The shield is your deliverance. It will break the unbreakable. It will change your fate. Bind yourself to the shield. Bind yourself to me. And if you abandon your purpose, let the Vault consume you, as it consumed me. Now it is done. If I speak again, I am not Kabr. The shield of Aegis was key to the destruction of Atheon and the Templar, but what exactly happened to Kabr? Lets analyze his last words. "From my own Light and from the thinking flesh of the Vex I made a shield." - How do the Vex think? Well that's simple to answer when you look at cards Templar, Vault of Glass, Gorgons, Atheon. Templar- "Legends say that the Oracles foresee what is to come, a world as the Vex desire it - and that the Templar has the power to shape reality to match the Oracles' design, expunging any threats." Gorgons- "Deep in the Vault of Glass, the fabric of reality bends to the will of the Vex...Like the Oracles and the Templar, the Gorgons reputedly possess the ability to define what is and is not real. Whatever they perceive becomes subject to erasure at their will." Vault- You will meet the Templar in a place that is a time before or after stars. The stars will move around you and mark you and sing to you. They will decide if you are real. Atheon- If physics is a set of rules that the cosmos uses to calculate itself, perhaps the Vex seek to worm their way into these calculations: to become a law of reality, inseparable from existence. A virus in the system. Basically, the Vex do what they can in the Vault by simply willing it to. If the power of the Vault runs on this logic why not use it yourself. This would explain why the Vex could not kill Kabr, because his will negated the will of the Vex. T"he shield is your deliverance. It will break the unbreakable. It will change your fate."- The Shield also runs on this logic. "They are in my blood and brain."- The Vex thinking had infected Kabr and it changed him, but into what? Now this is the important part, so study this phrase carefully: "Bind yourself to the shield. Bind yourself to me."- Shield, me? Kabr is the Shield? That is my theory, Kabr is the Shield of Aegis, transformed or whats left of him. This explains why the relic appears and disappears. It came to us when we most needed it. It willed us to be even more powerful when fighting Atheon- Time's Vengence. If uou want more proof look at the third to last sentence. "And if you abandon your purpose, let the Vault consume you, as it consumed me."- Curse of the Aegis When a Guardian drops the shield, you have abandon your purpose and the Relic wills you to be consumed by the Vault. Thats all I have, read this even interested in more. Thank you. https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/769615/134447847/0/0

 • Kabr gave his light to make the Aegis Shield, which basically sacrificed himself since the Vex were already inside of him, he had no point but to give Guardians a fighting chance at Atheon, just be thankful for him and his team
Now this is the important part, so study this phrase carefully: "Bind yourself to the shield. Bind yourself to me."- Shield, me? Kabr is the Shield?
I think there's a probability (*) that Kabr's ghost is a part of the shield but not Kabr himself. It seems as Kabr has been assimilated (by Darkness? by Vex?) but not physically destroyed. He exists, he will likely speak but he isn't the original Kabr. The answer may be here: "Now it is done. If I speak again, I am not Kabr." And here: "They are in my BLOOD (capital mine) and brain" These two statements remind me Borg assimilation. The original body exists but is corrupted by Collective and the original consciousness is erased. * "From my own Light and from the thinking flesh of the Vex I made a shield." His Light may be is essence as Guardian And/Or the Ghost, but we must also remember that "They have taken my Ghost"
