Vex Travel, How does it work?

Whenever we fight the Vex, we always see them appear to us in some way, for instance, they could travel through transfer gates, be pulled through time, or in certain cases, be summoned into existence. If that won't cut it, they may just come through spawn doors. However what about interplanetary travel? Well the answer to that is that they simply don't. Each planet has its own Vex on it. To prove this, we never see any Sol Divisive Vex on Venus, and we never see Hezen Vex on Mars either. Each planet has it's own Vex on it, Vex don't travel through planets. However understanding how they travel can help us know more about them. The Vex can usually be found coming out of a small cloud. This cloud is most likely signifying the Vex being pulled through time, Proof of this can be found in the mission, "Queen's Ransom," when fighting Skolas. The Queen's Emissary, Petra Venj says "Skolas! He's pulling the entire House of Wolves through time!" And in the mission, we see fallen appearing though transfer gates, and through those clouds. If Fallen are being pulled through those clouds, when we see Vex doing it, they most likely are having the same thing happen. Those clouds are like time vortexes, the Vex come through them. Something to know however, is that those vortexes are probably powered by the Vex confluxes. When we play the mission, "A Stranger's Call," The player fights Vex right by a conflux, and many waves of them spawn in through those time vortexes. The many waves are probably possible because of how close to a conflux they are. More power means more vortexes. So, to recap the clouds are time vortexes, any amount of Vex can spawn in through them, they are powered by the confluxes, the closer to a conflux they are, the more vortexes can be created. Now onto another form of their transportation, transfer gates. Transfer gates are a little more complicated than the time vortexes. The transfer gates are a little more rare to find than time vortexes. Transfer gates are like portals. Vex most likely travel through one gate to get to the next, but transfer gates can support many Vex coming out, usually two come out at a time, but they can keep coming out like that indefinitely until the gate is destroyed. These gates, and travel through them are regulated and monitored by Gate Lords. Zydron is one of, possibly, many Gate Lords, he most likely oversees gate travel throughout Venus. His Grimoire proves this.
The intelligence we call Zydron seems to exist in a liminal state, stretched between gates in the Vex network. It manifests as a physical being only when called. Warlock scholars believe that Gate Lords regulate traffic between Vex gates, and that their minds contain codes that might open the way into forbidden realms. An enormous amount of hope and anger has been spent on a particular debate - could we find a Vex gate that opens onto a place and time before the Collapse, and somehow forestall it?
When a Gate Lord is killed, the Vex gates, that were monitored by that gate lord, are most likely shut down without a monitor for them. So, to recap here, the Vex transfer gates are found much more rarely than the time vortexes, however they are able to transport much more Vex than a time vortex. They are monitored by Gate Lords which, when killed, will shut down gate travel. What about the Atheon fight? When we are fighting Atheon, and he opens the timestream, we are literally thrown through a time vortex into the past, which is Mars. Mars being the past is signified by having to fight Precursor Vex in it. But Atheon also can send us into the future, which is Venus, because of the Descendant Vex we fight. But at the end when we leave the past or future after destroying the oracles, we come back to the present through transfer gates! If Atheon is able to send us through time vortexes, and transfer gates, that means that he serves not only to oversee the massive Vex conflux network, but he, himself, is a living conflux, as his name implies, but he is also a Gate Lord at the same time. Something else interesting is that Atheon can summon Supplicants too, and we see him manually open up a time vortex which sends out Supplicants. Atheon possesses not only a lot of power on his own, but he is also able to open up his own time vortexes at will, and he is also able to send us guardians through them as well. Atheon is definitely more powerful than we previously thought of him. Lets look at Vex being summoned into existence, this could be related to time vortexes, but when we are fighting the Black Heart, the Sol Progeny summon a small amount of Vex to fight the player too. While this process happens like the time vortex, many people assume that they are simply being summoned into existence, this could be proven by the fact that the Black Heart possesses the immense power to bring the Sol Progeny to life, it could also bring new Vex to life, this however is not a proven topic, but it is one to definitely recognize. Finally onto spawn doors, these doors are really just areas that Vex may be waiting to walk out of, but spawn doors are pretty bland compared to other modes of Vex transportation. To conclude this report however, the Vex have many ways of transport. They may not be fully understood, but this theory proves the ways of transport, the logic behind them, and even how Atheon himself is able to replicate this, and pull Vex, and us, through time on demand. It is on that note which I end my report. Thank you for viewing, guardians... But what about the gate lords found in the Prison of Elders? The Overmind Minotaur, and Quodron surely must have some place in this report too right? Well yes actually! The Overmind Minotaur acts as an extension of Quodron, but Quodron himself technically acts as just another gate lord, he does possess powers that Zydron doesn't have, but overall, he just oversees Vex travel in the Reef, perhaps the big time vortex in the center of the Vex arena is controlled by him.
