New Feature Concept: Customize Legendaries?

Now that House of Wolves has been revealed to allow the gunsmith the honor of re-rolling our legendaries, [b]one feature I'd like to bring up[/b] that would be perfect when partnered with this feature [b]is the added option of customizing your legendary weapons![/b] How would this work, you might ask? • Change the name of the legendary for X amount of glimmer • Change the color scheme for X amount of Glimmer (Any Shader is required to use) These aspects would not change the weapons attributes, but would [b]change the appearance ONLY.[/b] In addition, [b]changing the color scheme would work in a way similar to shaders[/b], you choose the color scheme you would like from a certain shader and the Shader's appearance is duplicated onto the weapon. Ex: I have a Deviant Gravity-A that I would like to rename "The Mini-Lord", so I go to the gunsmith, and pay the required amount of Glimmer to change the name.
