Hard raid elitism, please don't fall into the trap.

Hey guys, So I got majorly -blam!-ed over today and if it weren't for this clan I'd probably have stopped playing. I was just minding my own business playing low level story stuff as it was my day off and just wanted to level up my sun singer, get an invite from a mate (non clan) to a party, join and start chewing the fat. Comes up that I've not done hm crota yet/I really want the fang of ir yut, they all start boasting that they have multiples of it ect, to be fair a few said vision is better depending on how you look at it. Anyway, they then say they'll do hm with me as one of their mates (their all 32 btw) needs to do for a 2nd time, but they need to do the nightfall, so I wait, and I wait.... Then another of their mates comes online, (also 32) they leave the party and join his don't say a word of what is happening to me, and then the guy they've joined doesn't let me. I then had to message them to ask what was going on to be told I couldn't join the party and I watched as they formed a fire team and started without even the courtesy to apologise. I can only assume it is because I'm still a 31. Guys who are 32 please never ever do this to anyone lower level than you it takes the absolute piss and is massively disrespectful.
