Linked below is an article relating to the primary perk 'who's next?'. Recently rolled this on a FWC package scout rifle alongside firefly and a very good set of secondary rolls. After a bit of research have discovered that this is actually better than outlaw, which I have coupled with firefly on my vendor Saterienne Rapier. Worth knowing the mechanics of the game's perks before you dismantle.
