Help??

hey guys, just joined group. Have been playing since launch and currently have not alot of friends still interested in Destiny. I need help getting flawless raider as it is my last achievement. I can solo Crota's End pretty consistently just having trouble with flawless. If anyone is on the Xboner and would like to help I'm sure a 2 or 3 man would be a cake walk. GT is "I The Hojo" just shoot me a message or something, thanks again guys!
