Crota's End (Hard) Looking For Members...and Trouble.

I have obtained a checkpoint for Crota on Hard. My highest character is a 31 so I am primarily looking for 32's to help assist. I apologize if that seems picky, but the raid is indeed difficult and I will need all the help I can get. I already have the checkpoint so it would be ideal to get the most use out of it.
