「Xbox360」 Looking for some mature raiding friends

Hello! I'm sort of new at this game, not really, and I just really want to raid with someone who is calm and does not rage whenever they die. I'm really tired of having to set up an lfg and then getting dissapointed by the fact that the fireteam is mostly made up of kids.
