The Nine

I have a theory on the nine and where they come from. But first let me list the facts. In the fate of skolas Grimoire card it had a part that caught my eye it had mentioned the nine but I don't think the nine that skolas was talking to was Xur, no I think it was a different member of the nine. I have quote for you here it is. "He looks up. At the tiny hooded shape before him. He can see From beneath its hood, tiny fingers of shadow probe the air." "The Nine made me aware of my purpose," the creature says." If I am here, then it is because the Queen sent you to the Nine, and they wish you sent back." "I am comfortable," the creature with the moving face says. "A part of me wants to go somewhere warm." " The ship will be yours," the creature says. It hunches over itself as if burdened by its own shape. "If you speak, you will be heard. I will go now. You are free." Ok so here is my theory I believe the nine the nine are beings that the darkness infused with its of life to change them giving each one of them a different part of its own emotions like hate, greed and joy. So the the nine are dealing with the light and the dark and that the strange coins the we use to buy stuff from Xur are a way to cure the nine. Tell me what you think in the comments below!
