What makes a true Lore Seeker (?)

Those of us who love the destiny universe, its story and its lore unite under the banner of Lore Seekers. We love to pick it apart, scour the grimoire, discuss and analyse. We are perhaps those who are most connected to their guardians and the roles they play in the narrative we discover and create for ourselves. But what other things single us out from others less interested in these things? I have come up with a few ideas as to what could become identifying features of a true Lore Seeker. One of the ways in which we can express our knowledge and passion for the lore of Destiny is how we define particular things in the universe, for example: I propose a true lore seeker (should/could/would(?)): Refer to The Fallen as Eliksni. - through our studies we have come to understand that the Fallen were in fact very much like us, the guardians, before their traveller fled from them. Perhaps referring to the Fallen by their true name, Eliksni, we can acknowledge that not all that are Fallen, are lost. Refer to "Venus" and "Mars" at Atheon in the Vault of Glass as 'the Past' and 'the Future'. - it is commonplace, while facing Atheon, to refer to the locations within each corresponding gate as Venus or Mars as they share very similar qualities to both these planets. Although the terms are often used as an ease of communication, the true nature of these locations are both in fact the same room were Atheon resides, one in the distant past and one the distant future. Can you guys think of anymore ways in which we can identify as lore aficionados?

  • I think we should refer to oryx as Aursash

  • Just don't allow the differences you see and make, become elitism. I love this community greatly, but I despise superficial titles.

    • These are all very good ways to tell a Lore Seeker apart from a common, every day Guardian. Perhaps another factor of identification would be to identify certain NPC's, and story characters by their real names. For example: Warlock Vanguard- Ikora Rey Crucible Announcer- Lord Shaxx The Queen of the Reef- Mara Sov The Queen's Brother- Prince Uldren
