Raids - teamwork

Earlier today we attempted crotas raid. There is always mass confusion. When playing as a group efficiency and coordination are absolute KEY. All I need to know is were to be and were to give support say "kitty" support left. "Kitty" supress right. I understand military lingo If any of you have military experience or understand what im asking for hit me up. 1 person be in charge and the rest of us soldiers will give support. Get a system going that works and we will be unstoppable!!!! Once we have a system we need a writeup for everyone to read and follow... Coordination, teamwork, efficiency and consistancy...
