Time to improve the clan!

Alright guys lets get down to business. Let's get this clan rolling and get some leadership in here. We need branches. Clearly a clan leader them below him co leaders, below the co leaders we need council members or something along that line. Below the council members we have officers. And below the officers we and the general population. Now each position will have dutys. As soo... Clan leader: manage and make sure leaders of the clan are in check as well as members. No anarchy. Co leader: help take stress off the clan leader by scheduling any events that may need to go on. Also monitoring clan members and fellow leaders for signs of betrayal and inactivity. Council Members: these guys are like the congress of this clan. If there is any voting or decisions that may need voting these are the guys. Clearly need a odd number. Co leaders and clan leader can veto or disagree with any decisions but will need all co leaders in on it. Council member will also set up raid nights and raid teams as best as they can. Officers: they monitor the general population and keep them in check, they set up teams to do raids and are the leaders of said raid or any other set ups. General population. The foundation of the clan. The seed of the loom. These are the brute force the average joes of the clan. The ones who make use who we are. So just a couple ideas guys let me know how you feel about it may be a little over board or could be what we need for some good stability. Yodabird out!!!!
