VOG on normal or hard

I'm a lv 28 Hunter and 30 Warlock. Looking for 4or5 people on xbox one to do the raid on normal and wanting either an atheon check point or to start a hard raid. Must be at least a 28 for norm or 29 and 30 for hard.
