Looking like that time again.

With Iron Banner, Raids, Nightfall/weekly and the DLC nearing its time for me to do another clan cleanup of inactive members, members that don't attempt to play with other members, too low levels members that really haven't played with the clan to try and rank up and anybody that has yet to add the ODST clan tag.
