In order to get the clan registered as 'active', members need to go to http://www.bungie.net and log on using their PSN account (they need to be linked). You can then see Guardians of Kepler62 as one of your groups. You need to click on join clan (even though you already did this in the app). When we have three active members who have done this we will be able to assign the clan tag. :-)
