I normal mode it is very easy for one or two experienced players to direct each boss battle and puzzle with either example or with the gesture system. In my teams wave is a count down to be in position and point is used to direct everyone to focus on the boss as it's shield is about to go down. So while I respect your disappointment in some players not meeting your standards remember this game was designed to be more inclusive to many kinds of gamers on all the game types held within Destiny, raids included
