Wow I read the first one and stopped. Lower level doesn't completely mean lower damage. You can have maxed weps and do dmg fine..

Uhh, no. In the VOG you do 20 Percent LESS damage for every lvl that you are under the enemy. That means that if you go into the hard raid at lvl 28, you will be doing 40 percent less damage than a lvl 30 player. The enemies also do 20 percent MORE damage to you for every lvl that you are under them.

Odd well if your a warlock every enemy runs from your grenade so just get in and scare everyone off a cliff
