Let's keep this brief, stranger. Welcome to 5th SPE.A.R., formerly Team Shinikami, one of the older faces in gaming on Xbox live. We've seen many evolutions and have been present in many of the most influential gaming fronts in history, having been founded all the way back in the Halo 2 alpha test. Our goals have always been personal development of both individual and team skills, which with raids matter immensely. It isn't whether or not you make a mistake, but how you strive to make it past the error that matters here. Here's our rules: Don't be a tool. Respect is a two way street. Being the best doesn't mean anything if you can't look out for your buddies. If you've got a problem, be an adult and speak up. Zero drama tolerance is in effect here. If this sounds like the environment for you, sign up and we'll have an admin contact you back shortly to ensure you're our material before pulling you into the fold. -Shin

Let's talk recruitment for a moment.

Alright guys and potential gals, Recruitment is an important topic in my opinion, since it can do two things in my experience: 1.) It gives us a broader community with more people to work with, making this entire experience much less lonely on any given day. 2.) Can become FUBAR if either the wrong crowd comes in, or too many people who are overly sensitive. Obviously, those are more terse examples of the two things, but you get the idea. Here's what I think we should do. Some communities want to have more than one group since clans cap out at 100 active players with an unlimited surplus of group members outside of that. We won't be doing that. Not only will managing that become a pain, but so will mending any egos/sensitivities that come from that many people mingling. Instead, let's scoop up a majority of our people from those we have met or worked with. We will keep the group open, but not the clan itself, allowing people to follow us and keep tabs on our latest, whilst also ensuring that they have the opportunity to introduce themselves to us and perhaps join our community. If you have any questions or anything to add, feel free to post it here. -Shin

RECRUITMENT GUIDELINES: Rather simple stuff. Bring them into a party with us and let's get to know them and see how they play. I'm more concerned with the quality of character than performance, but if they are lazing about and not even trying, that's not going to be worth the time of our more serious players. Follow the K.I.S.S. rule on this. Keep It Simple, Stupid. If it is someone you know personally, I'm willing to allow individuals to vouch for them and bring them in more quickly, but this will be handled differently every time on an individual basis and won't always be a sure fire thing.
