i need a raid team plyz join

I realy could do with a need raid team im 312 currently. Im in england and im usualy on between 3:40 to around 8:45. need to do hard mode KF and need to do NF and extra. My gt DA BOYZ90 XBOX360 pleace help me out im struggling for a team to keep and that works well together. MESSAGE ME FOR AN INVITE AND BE AT LEAST 310+ ALSO IM NICE TO REASION WITH BUT IF YOUR A IDIOT THEN I WILL TRY TO FIND ANOTHER PERSON. Dont join if your gona RAGE!! after 1 or 2 attempts and im nice ill help u guys out with anything im farly good by that i mean i get the job done. ill be on at like 10:00 0n saturday and sundays. sundays and fridays ill stay on till like 10:10 so yer. Also on sundays ill come of or stay on till like 8:45
