Looking for Raid Group

Looking for some people to consistently do Crota Hard with who know what theyre doing. Its getting annoying trying to join groups on LFG who have no idea what theyre doing and it taking multiple hours to complete. Send me a friend request if youre down. All three of my characters are 32, and im on 360, and play during the week after work around 5 pm CST
