VoG and Crota Raids normal/hard

Been looking for a clan and decided to settle with my favorite faction in the tower. I'm looking to get the achievements for playing with clan members as well as one day obtaining flawless raider and have had plenty of experience doing raids since almost launch. I could really use a team.
