Clan Expansion

Hey guys I have been with the clan for about 2 months or so and I really only see about 5 of you on Destiny. How do we go about extending our clan? I would like to see a clan raid group that will be ready to go. I am just asking because it is usually Madmar, ROG Panther and myself scraping up ransoms. We met a lot of good players like Americas Reaper and so on but he isn't in the clan.
