If there’s not a guy encouraging the rest of the team—it’s your job! I’ve sat in on teams that fight, argue, and blame. The Raid’s hard enough without the added stress of team-destruct-mode romping around. So push for each other. You’d be surprised at the results you get. So Raid-on!
