Looking To Establish a Set Raiding Team Tues/Thurs

I am looking to establish a set raiding team on Tues and Thurs for 9pm Eastern Time. The plan would be to clear normal Tues and then work on Hard on Thursday, Once we have Hard down, we would move to 1 night a week. Currently Have: 2 Titans either spec LF 4 more,
