Raiding Party Achievement XB1

Hello. I am desperately trying to get this achievement as it is the last one I need in the entire game to get 100% on it until Rise of Iron comes out. I used to be a part of a few other clans but either they were never active or just did not even acknowledge I was there so I would really really appreciate it if someone here could help me. It would mean a lot. Thank you.
