Vanguard Mark Cap at 200

As the Subject Heading states the cap for Vanguard Marks is 200. Make sure to spend some before you hit the cap. The game will still increase your weekly cap [of 100] even though you are already at 200 marks. Luckily I only lost out on 5 marks.
