We need Voice Chat for Raiding!

Does anyone have the use of Ventrilo, Mumble, Teamspeak, etc.? The quality of the voice chat in the game is, well to be honest, shit! We need a better communications program. The programs are usually free, but some require a small fee to host the chat server. Mumble may be free but I'm not 100% sure. This will also allow us to put together raid and strike teams mroe easily. What does everyone think? And again does anyone have an available chat server? Thanks D
