10 SAS, 10 SEALS, 10 Spetsnaz, 10 KSK, 10 GIGN VS 5 Spartan II's
So, obviously taking the idea from the other thread, who would win in this fight?
Special Forces have all their usual equipment to each team and weapons along with AP ammunition. Spartan's have MJLONIR MARK IV (no shields) and can choose from Assault Rifles/SMG's, Battle Rifles/DMR's, Shotguns, Snipers and Grenades. Both groups have no support, making it a straight up firefight.
Scenario? Straight up urban fight in [url=http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_j0hc4aNzY1M/TPqokEgxO7I/AAAAAAAABSo/yoYzEG7LUqg/s1600/i_am_legend01.jpg]this type of terrain[/url]. Let's say 2x2 blocks. Each team starts on either side.
Who wins this epic of the moderns best versus the futures best?

Mark IV is extremely resilient to small-arms fire, even AP rounds. To add on to that, the Spartan IIs are far more skilled than anything we have today, by a long shot. Plus plus, Spartan IIs have the augmentations that automatically give them an advantage, whether they were on the same skill level or not. This battle is no contest.

2 RepliesSpartans, at the age of seven they fight their first odst, at ten they can (without implants, muscular grafts, and armor.) take down at least six odst's at once (note:odst's are a special forces unit that is made completely from volunteer veteran marines, put through training so that they can survive in any environment) ....now we get five of these suckers fully grown, give them armor that can take direct hits from plasma and implants\grafts. with any weapon to choose from....it's not a fair fight....

21 RepliesThe Spartans were fighting Covenant in greater numbers and with better tech for the better part of 30 years wearing mk IV armor, and in all that time they only lost like three guys. I think they can 50 20th century humans easily enough.
