My running is absolute shit right meow as I am done with cross country and track, but with a solid 2 weeks of training I can be back in shape
My upper body is the best its been in my life and my abs are the best they been in my life. Right now I am 5^10 and 140 pounds

I'm alright. My upper body is pretty strong but it's nothing special. I need to work more on my pecs and abs though.

Fit but slim. I wish I had a bowflex all-in-one just appear in my garage. I'd prefer a machine for chest workouts rather than risk dropping a barbell on my windpipe.

Relatively speaking I'm in good shape, but my stamina is really bad, both in terms of lifting and cardio. I balled today for a little bit and got winded fast.

Been lazy recently due to ice and snow but I usually run a lot. I think my current limit is 8 miles.

I'm 5' 11" 136 pounds(trying to gain more weight -.-) I go to CrossFit 1-2 times a week and I'm going to be running 20 min a day when I get my treadmill back in place. I'm not in bad shape, it's waayy better than I was a year ago, I used to be 120 with barely any muscle. Yay progress!

Fairly well built. Stamina is good, it could be better however if I'd stop taking the occasional cigarettes. 1.75m, 74kg. Upper boddy is pretty good, legs could use some more work.

I'm trying to lose another 15 or 20 pounds, I have stamina but I just have extra flab I don't know how tall I stand but I weigh 185, I've been told I definitely don't look like it

5'5 125lbs I use to run a lot, but now I dont. I look the same as I did when I ran though. I just lost muscle, so that sucked. Im not in good shape.

5'10 180 pounds. Abs aren't too shabby. Upper body strength is good. Biceps and triceps are fairly honed. One aspect I do believe I need to work on is cardio. Not doing too well in that department.

i am not fat and i still have the body i had when i was swimming twice a week (that was about 4 years ago btw). it would take me a few months to get as good as i was back then i think.

meh.. I'm 5'7 and about 150.. I do light lifting and run 2 miles when I work out. I do outdoor activities on the weekends though.. I'm in good enough shape to not feel disgusting

5'10 160lbs I felt happy when I was shoulder pressing with 80lb dumbbells 12 reps x 3 sets yesterday! I do Kung Fu 3 times a week, and the amount we train legs in our style is insane. When I first started lifting weights I could squat 200lbs my first time 12 reps for 3 sets, so yeah. I only train by calves with weights now when it comes to legs. Everything else is upper body for weights to even things out.
