I've been watching Halo Legends again (been years and I forgot I even had it), but how much of this is actual canon? I assume all of it because it was 343 oversaw it's production but that one about Arbiter where his wife is killed. I can't fit it into the canon timeline anywhere.

WELL if you would scroll down months ago you would see I asked the same question!! Just kidding haha but yea it's all canon except Spartan 1337
-
Considering he's "1337" it would be too ridiculous to be canon.

The Arbiter story is that of Fal 'Chavamee, the last Arbiter before the title became a mark of shame. 'Chavamee questioned the Covenant and was branded a heretic. The Covenant proceeded to hunt him down, killing his wife in order to draw him out. These events occurred long before the current Arbiter, Thel 'Vadam, was born.

I was under the impression that Thel was the first Arbiter to question the hierarchy.
-
Nope. Not even close.

Well shit. Never remember Covenant history all that well.

Everything but odd one out is canon.
he just answered this for me earlier today.
Whoops. Guess I should have scrolled some before asking.
-
Eh. There's an ungodly amount of posts. Plus, what's the point of learning if you don't pass the knowledge along.

Good point.
