If I remember correctly, in order it goes: Cryptum, Primordium, Silentium, Contact Harvest, The Cole Protocol, Fall of Reach, The Flood, First Strike, Ghosts of Onyx, Glasslands, The Thursday War, Moral Dictata. If I'm wrong, you can find more about it on google. Theres alot of books being released this year and I believe 1 or 2 came out already but I'm not up to date so I don't know what order they are placed in. The 2 I knows that came out are Halo: Broken Circle and Halo: New Blood. The former details the Covenant from the days of its forming until after the Human-Covenant war, while New Blood details Buck and his squad of ODSTS after the events of Halo 3: ODST.
