Inspiration for the Wolf Pack

I thought I should make this thread to explain the inspiration for naming the clan "Wolf Pack." As some of you may know, Destiny has put wolf-related themes into their game in a lot of different ways. One of the earlier videos released about the game, [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jS1BM9XRgvw]The Law of the Jungle[/url], relates guardians to wolves and provides a really enriching perspective on the game. Similarly, I've spotted some loot that sports awesome [url=http://www.bungie.net/pubassets/25090/exotic_hunter_blog_1.jpg]wolf decals[/url]. Also check out these awesome videos made by a community member revealing tons of wolf themes throughout the game's lore: [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=caATqEGvjzU]Video 1[/url] [url=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbVj2GLr_vA]Video 2[/url] Beyond its relevance to the game's lore, I think Wolf Pack can reflect values that can really make a clan thrive in Destiny. Think of how wolves are by nature. They band together, hunting with coordinated strikes to take down prey. Their social bonds bind them together as family. This can easily be related to how we can band together in Destiny to explore the game, defeat foes, and overcome Destiny's biggest challenges. It's hard to find a clan identity that can really resonate with the game, but I think this one can work. Also for any of you Game of Thrones fans out there, this clan's motto--The lone wold dies but the pack survives--was taken from Eddard Stark, whose house sigil is the fearsome direwolf. I think it's pretty cool lol
