Are forced miscarriages murder?
I was watching some of the Castro story with the girls that were kidnapped for 10 years and one of the guys forced some of the girls to miscarry whenever they got pregnant. I think that is sick and is murder.
I know the liberals should say it isn't [b]murder[/b] since they think abortion is okay but I mean how isn't that murder? You are killing their baby?
Should it be considered murder?

3 RepliesYes, forced miscarriage is murder. Abortion is also murder. The reason is simple, and based in science. From the moment of fertilization and conception, the embryo is an organism with different DNA from mother and father. It is literally a different organism, not merely an extension of the mother's body. The DNA of the unborn child is fully and completely human and given nine short months everyone will recognize it as a human baby and at that point be protected under all applicable laws. So to intentionally end its existence at any stage of pregnancy would be murder, just like intentionally ending its existence after birth is also murder.
