Well that is just plain.... strange. It has me scratching my head as to the logic behind it. Bungie has other games out there, some of which are only around 2 to 6 years old. And this is Bungie's official one and only website (as far as I know). Why make owning Destiny a requirement to participate on the forums?
And I thought locking people out of the vanilla content unless they buy TTK was a douche move. Oh Bungie, what is going on with you guys?

They really don't have any other games going on. Any Halo games in the past 15 years are invalid, they signed ownership over all of that to Microsoft. Marathon, Oni, Myth? I guess, but are they [i]really[/i] working with any of those right now?

I guess it makes a little bit more sense considering they have no connection to any of the Halo games anymore. Oni 2 for the win btw!!! :) But I still just can't shake the feeling of it being strange. I mean Deej himself said that 99% of all forum users are Destiny owners anyway. What do you they care if that 1% post on the forums but don't own Destiny? Did the legacy of Longface scare them that badly? (a lively forum persona that joked around with not playing Destiny while trolling the forums).
