THE DOJO

The Dojo. Located on the diverse planet of Tatakai, the Dojo consists of the largest gathering of fighters the universe has ever seen. Men and women from all different cultures, races and worlds come to train, compete and fight together. Many battles have been raged on its soil, but it remains standing. Here, one can write, fight and talk with other writers who seek to create stories with one another. All you have to do is start typing. The New Dojo(JOIN HERE!)
Join our group! Free of charge! I swear! https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/1677784/0/3/0 USE THIS LINK IF THAT OTHER ONE DOES NOT WORK. https://www.bungie.net/en/Groups/Chat?groupId=1677784 Once you pass your test and have joined the group sign here: https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/215168136/0/0 NOTE: You do not have to be tested to join the dojo. Only to PvP.
Who we are
The dojo is an ENTRY LEVEL AND ONE OF THE ONLY PUBLIC RP THREADS. RP is A way of interactive creative writing. Where you can go on adventures, have fights and generally have fun. Think of dungeons and dragons, but its horribly imbalanced since there is not an experience system or dice. Its great! The Dojo loves different opinions, ideas and writing no matter if you are new to RP(roleplay) or extremely experienced. If you have an opinion to share about how to make the dojo better, contact one of the Sensei's that run the place (We would prefer this rather then excessive and unintelligent shit talking). Every work of writing is appreciated and accepted (shitposts…maybe not so much).
How we work(list of Admins included)
The dojo is run by a group of Sensei’s. These Sensei’s will make up most of the game changing decisions to benefit The Dojo. BUT Everyone's opinion matters a great deal. So the Sensei’s will make poll’s within the group for the members to vote and decide on big issues/ideas. Even then, the sensei’s will inform the group of changes and decisions made. The list of sensei’s are as follows: Inflatablepants/Pants(GONE ON HIATUS) The God-Eater/Cob Royalblade/Royal Fresh Cazberry/Vio nullCth/Cth And the leader of the dojo union: Tubbs
OUR GOAL
At the dojo, we want to provide an amazing place for you to improve on your writing in a fun way. We love new faces, and will accept you as soon as you walk up to the door. We also love other RP threads that have really awesome stuff, and we want to invite them all here so we can have a hub world of sorts. Whether this is through an interdimensional portal, space ships or whatever. We want everyone we can to be a part of this and interact with everyone! This way, you can meet people you never would have met before. If you are a leader of an RP group and are interested in this, please contact me so we can discuss further! I like discussing stuff!
RULES
https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/212678270/0/0
How to PvP
Player VS Player Is what the dojo is known for. Basically, you can fight each others characters with your own, to see who’s the best or to simply make some kick ass action. Please follow all the rules while you fight, so you can make it as badass as possible. In order to PvP you must be tested by a sensei, or a designated tester of the dojo. You can find out who is a tester by seeing "How we Work." Also, When you fight another player make sure that you always react to their move. The best way to do this is like this. >Have a stanza dedicated to your reaction from you opponents last reply. >Have a stanza dedicated to your attack. If you completely block another opponents attack, its courteous to not attack them within the same reply. This way, you’ll never go wrong.
World Creation(Getting started at the Dojo starts here)
This is the most important section for you RP experience. This is where you make your characters, their stories, where they could live. Also, this is where you can create a Faction to participate in the thread, as well as having access to writing for the group(The stories you write do not have to relate to the dojo at all) Bio's(RECCOMENDED) https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/212677641/0/0 Backstory for Characters https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1677784/217556475/0/0 Property Creator https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1677784/220228259/0/0 Writers Hub https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1677784/220575696/0/0 Faction Creator https://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Post/1677784/222042811/0/0
The Dojo
Physical Appearance https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/212677894/0/0 NOTE: The dojo only uses Mac Cannons for any kind of defense. • Early bird It was early morning as the sun had just started to rise and peak over the tops of the trees. It was truly a breathtaking sight as the trees were slowly turning colors as it was slowly becoming fall. Not many would be up this earlier for no reason though. But someone was though and it was Akiko. She was wearing a red t-shirt and tan cargo pants. Her long silver hair was pulled back which was a striking constrat with her very dark skin. In her hand she carries a metal bucket with something in it as she is seen walking down a corridor to what looked like a rather looking wooden shed. Something could be heard moving inside of it as Akiko had looked around if she was followed before opening it up and walking inside. If anyone had followed her this would be considered strange. But after what like more than a few minutes. Akiko had emerged from the shed with a few large pink and black feathers scattered in the air from when she had the door. She had started to walk away again with the bucket but was now empty. This would be good time to confront her about what would be in there if she was indeed followed or wait till she left to sneak a peek at what lurked within.
open
• Strange Anomalies Time: midnight Location: in the woods It was very late as Xexa had been sleeping in her ship that was hidden in the woods. It was calm for the most part as she had just slipoed into a deep sleep. Her ai mida was busy checking the surrounding areas with the ship's as the she worked with was currently charging at the moment so she was using the ship's systems to scan the nearby area as Xexa was asleep. It was calm until she detected something abnormal on the scans that instantly tripped the ship's sensors setting of the ship's alarm waking Xexa up out a sound sleep. Little did she know that her ship alarm was a lot louder than she thought as she ran down the hallway in the ship to the front of her ship to see whats tripped them. "Mida shut off the damn alarm already."says Xexa "im on it but there's something being picked up by the sensors you need to check it out."says mida a hour later... Xexa and mida were now out in the woods heading towards the site that tripped the ship's sensors. Xexa was heading that way until she heard something and then hears mida whisper. "We aren't alone."says mida Xexa paused and place a casual hand on the gun she had with her. She clearly on edge as she waited to see what it was or who.
open
• Sithis and Ceras would've still been within the base, and it was nearing night time. Ceras was doing as he was instructed, sitting in a corner and reading. Sithis was however running about doing something that worried Ceras, lots of explosives and rather horrifying magic was involved. After maybe a few hours of thid process, Sithis would've grabbed Ceras suddenly and transported them to the surface, in a random courtyard of the dojo. Sithis was oddly happy, though this gave Ceras only fear. As Sithis began doing a rather odd magic spell, he began to speak to Ceras. "Ah Ceras," Sithis spoke in his usual quiet voice, "The time has come where I move on and you grow and learn here. Ive kept you hidden so you may learn.. but now you must teach yourself." Ceras was confused, and even more worried now. He was now staring at the ball Sithis was conjuring from within himself, it was a ball of incredible magic power. Ceras would've spoken now, in fact he had begun on a word, but he was interupted when Sithis thrusted the ball against Ceras's stomach. The magic within the ball infused itself into Ceras, causing dark marks to appear randomly along the boys snow white skin. As Ceras fell down in shock of all the sudden power, Sithis finished his plan. Sithis wouldve set off his explosives and Magic, causing the base to explode. It didn't affect the surface much, it merely lowered it by the unnoticable amout of half an inch. The sound of the explosives was loudest near Sithis and Ceras, and could cause many to go to this location. Ceras was laying on the ground, eyes wide as his body accepts the large magical gift, and Sithis nowhere to be seen.
Kinda a new beginnings thing. Im yet again gonna try to be active, and Im starting almost all the way over. Open.
• Chapter Fifty Two Zane opened his eyes, and saw the massive sword of Tywin Coldbourne about to cleave through his face before a long ashen haired figure flashed before him. The sword was stopped as Alex Coldbourne held up the Infinite blade and blocked the massive strike. "Hey! You dropped something!" He yelled at Zane.
HERE WE GO https://youtube.com/watch?v=uYPD2xQtm5I
Then, Zane felt his power course through him. He felt light, free of all his burdens and stress. A sense of enlightenment as well as understanding came over him as his body seemed to tell him what he could now do.
Form of Fate. -Flight -Increased attack -Teleportation -Super speed -Weapon master(pick a weapon) -Ultimate Buster sword(white, glowing version of the buster sword) -the ability to light on fire. And other shit on fire. -you know Kung fu(whoa) -oh, and invincibility. Neat.
As Zane looked at Tywin with his heightened senses, he felt a presence behind him. As he turned around, he saw a massive churning portal of white energy, and suddenly all of his comrades jumped out. Skull kid, setsuna, Akira, Xion, Anne, Falk and Cyrus(or, fate) all leapt out with their weapons drawn and landed behind him. And then when Zane looked back at Tywin, he saw the fear in his eyes. "Fate....no....NO! YOU ARE A MYTH. A FALSE IDOL IN THE WORLD WHERE I REIGN AS A GOD." "Sorry to tell you this, Tywin." Fate began. "But I already know the outcome of this fight. Zane, care to share some words before we mop the floor with his oversized rug?"
ZANE
Fate Weavers office Lux, Lumen Solis 1946 hours "Thank you for responding to my summons, squads 2 and 7," Terram said as he looked around the room. His black hair was combed back as usual, his angular face recently shaven. The Fate Weaver's General was a rather imposing figure, and while he wasn't heads and shoulders taller than everybody else, his six feet two inches were respectable. What was more was that his very presence was very noticeable, and his topaz gaze was commanding; stern, unwavering, and confident. Dressed in a black leather jacket, similarly colored trousers and combat boots, and wearing a white t-shirt underneath, Terram might've appeared casually dressed, but that didn't fool anybody. He didn't need any sort of armor or bulletproof combat gear to protect himself, and that was the feeling that he gave off. The heavy, two foot long hammer at his side didn't help lessen this feeling. "As stated in the message sent earlier," The general continued. "We've been contracted by the Lumen Solis Police Office to storm a human trafficking center located in Noctis. Our three squadrons will suffice." The three squadrons within the room were led by three different people, who each sat an equal distance apart from each other at the long, meeting table in the office. One was Aéra; a woman with long, black hair that was tied up in a ponytail. She had an attractive, angular face, with topaz eyes, in fact, she looked very similar to Terram, as well as the other squadron leader at the table. The other sergeant was Spéroe, a man with oddly long, blond hair and a handsome, angular yet strong facial structure. He had the same topaz eyes as Aéra and Terram, however the obvious difference was his hair color. Additionally, Spéroe had dozens upon dozens of scars, which was another thing the other two didn't share. And strangely enough, Terram himself, the general of the Fate Weavers, also happened to lead a squadron. "Sergeant Aéra Mortae, you and squad 2 will accompany squad 1 and I into the target building. We'll destroy any defenses in our usual formation," Terram continued on with the plan of how they accomplish the task assigned to them. "Sir," Was the short, brisk response from Aéra. With that, Terram nodded and continued. "Sergeant Spéroe Mortae, you and squad 7 will defend outside the building as well as evacuate the victims of the human trafficking–" Terram was cut off by Spéroe suddenly speaking. "Um... sir, I don't think my squad's going to be very happy about their role. We would do better in actual combat." The entire room went silent, their focus all on a single thing; the staring contest between Spéroe and Terram. Terram was completely still, his gaze just as unwavering and commanding as it was before, while Spéroe had begun to fidget in the uncomfortable silence. It went on like this for a good twenty seconds before Terram spoke. "Squad 7 will stand guard outside and evacuate the victims," He repeated. Spéroe merely nodded in response, and mumbled a quiet "yessir." Terram looked away from the leader of squad 7, his gaze directed back at the group of about 30 people as a whole. "Briefing is finished. Squadrons 1, 2, and 7; mobilize." ————————— The raid had soon ended. Spéroe and squad 7 brought the victims to the LSPF headquarters located in Ortus – Occasum. Meanwhile, it appeared as though Aéra and squad 2 were headed to their own organization's base of operations located in the same district. Terram and squad 1, meanwhile, went to a shoot range outside of the city, likely for some target practice.
Open. Interact with any one of the three. If you want to interact with all at once, then have a few hours pass and they'll conglomerate at a bar or some place. If you're interested in joining the Fate Weavers, reply with your character(s) showing up at the base that Aéra headed off to.
• "For the Emperor...?" Just outside Tatakai's orbit, around midnight. The sound of ships jumping out of hyperspace would be heard for those who were in space. Three massive Star Destroyers jumped out of orbit, seemingly almost menacing in size... If it wasn't for the fact that most people in the Dojo had already heard of the Galactic Empire. Inside the middle Star Destroyer, two people were staring at the planet of Tatakai, seemingly waiting for something to happen. One of them happened to be an Female Imperial Officer, who seemed to be standing in a very similar way to former Imperial Director Orson Krennic. The other? An officer walked up to the two. "Ma'am, initial scans show lots of lifeforms...we don't know if they're part of the Alliance, though." The officer told the the red-head, who looked at the pad her officer had given her, then looked back out toward the planet. "Invade one of their smaller towns or villages. I want to test out how much of their defense is available. Send a squadron of TIE fighters with them as well. And a few Death Troopers. Tell Captain Sherkov to lead them." She tells the officer, said officer saluting and leaving the two alone on the bridge. "Shall I be necessary on this operation, Kiyala?" The hybrid asked, the red-head known as Kiyala shaking her head. "That won't be necessary now, Katya. We'll see just how powerful their defenses are before we make any more moves." She tells her ally, the two staring outside the window overlooking the planet. ------------------------------------ (Random Village, 85 miles SW of the Dojo, 5 hours later) The sun rose...to the burning of a village. "Where is the Rebel Alliance, old man?" The Trooper asked in a pissed off mood. "What are you talking about? What is this Rebel Alliance?" The old man had asked the Trooper. "SHOOT ONE OF THEM, TROOPER!" The army trooper yelled to the Shadow Trooper, who promptly killed the young man next to the old man. "Now I ask again, soldier; where is the Alliance?!" The army trooper yelled. Someone would have to walk in and stop a potential massacre...
Second part is open!
• Chapter Fifty One The Coldbourne forces were on the run. With the dragon support eliminated, the magic reinforcements sabotaged and their army now outnumbered by the more skilled mandolorian forces, the army was fleeing or being picked off like flies. This also revealed true loyalties in the army, as groups of Coldbourne soldiers betrayed the empire soldiers and gunned them down. Chanting Alex's name and cursing their oppressors. Air support had free reign and gunned down Coldbourne forces by the dozens. The empires artillery was bombarded and destroyed, leaving them with nothing capable of destroying the fleet that made the skies dark above the city. The dojo forces cleaved their way through the city, and Royal was able to round up the group of elite warriors as they made their way to the massive bridge to the castle. The entire ceiling of the castle crumbled down as the group made their way out of the city and up the winding road to the palace, and a beast like roar was heard crying out from the castle. The dojo men and women got to the bridge with no resistance in their way. As soon as everyone got onto the bridge, however, they saw that the door to the palace was illuminated by white fire. Then, this fire suddenly spread. It rushed across the sides of the bridge, then rose up and pierced the sky. A wall of fire formed behind the dojo forces, preventing their escape. The fire curved at the top of the walls, so that a ceiling of fire was above the group as well. Mando ships shot at the flames but everything thrown at the magic was nullified and disintegrated. Then, even though the door remained closed, something seemed to be clawing its way out of the flames. A massively skinny and grotesque creature.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=rz1a_rZVHt4
It clawed out of the door like it was climbing out of a hole. It fell out of the door, and the group could see it at the end of the bridge. It had slender, skinny legs and arms. It wore a cloak that went down to its bare feet and wore baggy pants that covered his lower body until his calfs. It wore no shirt, and it's body was bone like and it's skin thin. The figures face was long bearded and skinny. It had high cheekbones and ice blue eyes that darted at the men and women in front of it. It had white and long flowing air which blew with the wind, and seemed to light on fire with blue flames as well. Around his head, a crow of sapphire covered thorns. In its right hand, the being had a massive single edged axe. And in its left, a long whip. It cracked its neck as it looked at its foes ahead of it. "Puny, pathetic creatures." The being said, it sounded nearly identical to Tywin, but had a beastial growl to its voice. "My army may be gone, but my power has finally been unleashed. And it is UNLIMITED. All of you will die today...." he looked to the Coldbourne children, Cain and Lilly, when he said his last words. "No matter your lineage. If you fight against me, you are worthless, and must be purged so that my new and ideal world can come to fruition!"
open to everyone in the Darkest solstice plot! Boss fight! WHOOOOO. Also, RED ZONE! (You don't have to wait on people at all. You can attack the boss as you will. It will be influenced by other people's replies, and you can reply to other people as well if you wish. That said, you cannot control Tywin's actions in your replies obviously. He is still a boss, and certain hits are not permitted.
He was dressed within his classic hooded black robes, though it was ovbious that he wasnt so comfortable in it anymore. Near him, Ceras sat on the floor, studying desperately to understand a subject that Sithis wished for him to learn. Ceras was so addicted to making Sithis proud, he went as far as to have not slept for a couple days. Ceras would've looked up suddenly when a loud bang rang throughout the base, he was pretty sure no one else was allowed in any longer. Sithis also seemed quite surprised, so much so that he drew his scythe. Both of them stood with complete silence, listening for the sound again. Eventually, it would've happened again, and Sithis immediately located it. He then proceeded to transport both of them up immediately, only for a large being to tackle them immediately. Ceras would've gone flying back, yet Sithis still stood there. Sithis couldn't help but to think about hiw utterly boring things were, even this creature he couldn't even name wouldn't touch him. Sithis let out a sigh, and fired a beam of pure magic at the giant thing. Due to Sithis's overwhelming power, the creaturr would've really just.. been destroyed. While Ceras was in awe, Sithis was just bored and incredibly dissapointed. Sithis would've shaken his head again, before transporting Ceras and himself back down to the original room. • Lumen Solis, Lux District 2226 hours The streets of the tourist district in Lumen Solis were always packed. It was, after all, the district that never slept; regardless of the time, day, or weather, there was always some sort of festival, parade, party, or something of the sort going on. Tonight, there was a festival celebrating the invention of whatever useless object you might find. Hundreds of people wandered through the stands, participating in activities, buying items, watching performances, etc. One such performance attracted a great amount of attention. There was a stage set up in the middle of the road, with four people on it; in truth, they were total strangers. Most looked rather average. There was one man with black hair that fell flat on his head and sapphire blue eyes, who held a violin in his hands; and another man, with a head of blond hair and brown eyes, holding a viola. Then there were two women, one with long, ginger hair and green eyes who played the cello, and the other with short, brown hair and blind, dull brown eyes, also playing the violin. It was quite obviously a string quartet, albeit a very spontaneous and makeshift one. But they each sat down nonetheless, and after a moment of discussion amongst themselves, they began to play. To one who didn't know too much about music it was a very good performance, each musician with good tone and intonation. But if one were to know the piece, they'd see flaws that simply came with the fact that this quartet was thrown together within minutes, four total strangers playing together for the first time. Most noticeably, the violinist with black hair and the cellist stood out in comparison to the other violinist and the violist. Part of it was due to the parts they played, but the other part was them simply being so much better musicians than the other two. Not necessarily technique-wise, but in the amount of passion they played with, the emotion they put into their music. It caused the other two to lose a little bit of their confidence, but they played well all the same. Eventually the piece was over, and each musician stood up and bowed. The audience clapped for a short bit, then went on their ways; and so did the musicians, who after exchanging a few parting words, would go their separate ways. It appeared as though the female violinist, the violist, and the cellist were all headed home. But for the male violinist, the night was still young. He could afford to give a few more street performances, and so down the road he went, violin in hand.
Open.
• Jackal's Return. It was late, 12:47 at night to be exact. Rain had been pouring for hours, it seemed non-stop. Lighting continued to flash across the sky, illuminating the ground below. Thunder boomed and echoed, it felt like it shook the ground as it rang across the land. At the gate, a figure limped his way to the entrance. A green light floating next to him illuminated the way. The figure was hurt badly, his armor in shreds, bullet wounds on his leg and chest. His visor had a large crack along the middle, the blue light flickered on the visor. The figure stumbled as he made his way. It took him long to get back up and finally walk again. Once he made it to the gate, he collapsed. A voice was then heard calling for help. "Someone! Anyone! Please, we need help! Is anyone out there?" The voice shouted. Even though it was the voice of an AI, it sounded very concerned. "C'mon Jackal, just hold on."
open
Needless to say, about half a mile was not in use of nature by now. The Fortress was both a marvel and uninviting, it looked rather more like a gothic castle in terms of design, but in truth this was the prototype 'Drop Fortress' that had been created by the holy Adeptus Mechanicum, to test a new way of setting up imperial forces on planets quicker, similar to the 'Drop Temple' that the Ecclesiastical Clergy was so fond of. Machinery gave away it's true purpose. To serve as a fortress for The Imperium of Man, however due to its...small presence, Lord Lucius Cain Robert Merriweather Albert Jackson Profundus von Guggenheim Alladeen Gilliam. Or just Lord-Captain Gilliam. Nonetheless the Rogue Trader Lord-Captain of the Gilliam Dynasty, one that spanned back to the Great Crusade, was aboard The Retribution[b/], currently in orbit. The Teleportarium had been frequently, loud cracks had been echoing every half hour along with multiple Landers transporting cargo as the base was slowly filling up with each passing day. A Devourer Dropship, a mighty beast of a Dropship had entered the atmosphere, transporting enough vehicles and troops to secure their base. Though since nobody really traveled beyond the dojo, this went almost relatively unnoticed by the 'dojoites'- I mean respected warriors of The Dojo.
that might've been a crack at the fact every post is just in the dojo by now.
The Fortress had been properly set up and into action within weeks of its arrival. The Lord-Captain, along with his 'Elite Honor Guard' retinue which consisted of a BONE'EAD, 4 Bullgryns and 14 of his hand picked Tempestus Scions, armed with Hellguns which left just enough room for Gilliam on the Teleportarium. With a deafening crack, the Empyrean had transported them to the base and off The Retribution. The Imperium Fortress had been properly equipped, though the issue of how they were to deal with any....peculiar beings was on the table. Nonetheless during the next two weeks trenches had been dug, bunkers made out of the sturdy ferrocrete manufactured so the Guard stationed could provide defenses. It was a glorious sight in the Lord-Captains eyes. He would have to inform somebody to contact the nearest forge world soon, to inform them of the success. However, more important issues came to be. Probes sent out by the Retribution showed very small signs of an imperial presence...
Open, I mean....if you can find a way to not get shot then be my guest.
It was a first for Strata to reach out to dojo residence for one of their auctions. A few knew what an assault model was due to a particular resident but other than that it was a bit of a question as to what the flier mentioned. They are both tall and slender in their build with pale skin, pale blue eyes and long black hair. One them was clearly older as she had greying hair. As they were walking down a small some local from one of the nearby villages sees them and comes running up to them a look terror is on his face as the man pants trying to catch his breath from running all that way. After catching his breath he speaks but is still slightly out of breath. "Please help us.... giant bugs have been seen carrying off one the other villagers children.."he says The two let him lead him towards the affected village. when they get there sure enough there are giant sized ants the size of cars scurrying to and fro. Screams of panic and terror fill the air as the pair arrive on the scene. The man runs off to get more help as the two women decide what they are going to do. The man arrived a short time later again with more members of the dojo in tow.
open
exploring at its finest it was a fairly cool day out for summer as it was quickly becoming fall as the leaves on the trees turned from rich greens to a cascade of yellows, reds, oranges and browns. It was beautiful and yet to some that were still very new here just looks at them with such amazement in their eyes. One such person was Xexa an alien from a unknown solar system. She was currently walking under some of the trees in the area. She was wandering through the woods just exploring. She hadn't brought any visible weapons with her. She didn't need them as she could easily handle herself without them. She was fairly tall standing at 6'5", fuchsia eyes, long electric blue hair and purplish grey skin. She was wearing a tan tank top and black cargo pants. On one her shoulders sat a tiny metal AI that was looking around as well as she walks down the wooded path not paying attention to much at all. That was the case until she heard a loud snapping of branches behind and in front of her. She stopped in her tracks listening to the sound she knew good and well something was watching her every move but she wouldn't let whatever is there get the better of her.
open bored
• VR room, Dojo 1024 hours The man had some work to do. He felt weak, in truth; something about not having enough fire. He had no method of defeating an opponent without using fire... and so should a weakness every appear, his only solution would be to overpower it with an excessive amount of fire. And that was his goal. So into the VR room he went. His shaggy, black hair was wavy as usual, strands of hair falling to the sides of his head instead of his forehead. His emerald green eyes would not remain that color for long; moments after entering the VR, they would change to a bright, sapphire blue. He had fair, slightly tanned skin and a rather handsome face of angular, well-proportioned features. For his attire, simple clothing; just a white, sleeveless undershirt for his top which was tight against his decently muscular torso, and a pair of black combat pants and boots. Standing at 5'11" with an athletic, mesomorphic physique, there wasn't really anything that stood out with the man. He appeared extremely average, in truth–if one ignored the one truly attention-drawing feature about him, which would be the carbon black cybernetic left arm. It looked like your stereotypical augment, its size and shape matching his other arm, but one could not be sure what features the arm had. Maybe it didn't have any. Or maybe it had tons. Now, for the environment within the VR. A plain, flat, badlands environment, with not a single object that rose to interrupt the flatness of the landscape. Nothing to see on the horizons, and nothing to obscure them. It was just flat, dry, and hot, with the sun beating down on the rocks and no clouds to provide any sort of temporary relief. The man stood in the middle of this desolate environment. Surrounded by hostiles, at least two dozen opponents. It would be a tough simulation, of course, but the man had a gut feeling that this had to be his minimum. This situation had to become easy to handle if he were to ever be worth anybody's attention. His right arm ignited in sapphire flames, and it became clear why he didn't wear much of a top. Smoke rose from the crackling flames, dark gray clouds with blue sparks rising in plumes, contrasting greatly against the bright blue sky. His cybernetic arm? The palm was opened, pointing at the ground while a moderately sized barrel extended from its center. It clearly wasn't a gun barrel. Aesthetically purposed veins in the cybernetic arm glowed a bright orange, also emitting smoke, with normal sparks of flame. It was time to begin. The first thing the man did was pointing his right palm directly at the ground, blasting a massive inferno of blue flames downwards and behind him. It acted as a propellent, blasting him forward towards his opponents. The lack of a balance propulsion caused him to eventually start spinning in midair, which in turn caused the inferno of blue flames which trailed behind him to spin along with him. That would be when he extended his cybernetic arm in the opposite direction of his right. A faint glowing was seen within its barrel, before a massive explosion of napalm bursting forth was seen, the hellish flames bursting out of the barrel. The man became a terrifying whirlwind of sapphire and napalm flames, each inferno extending out at least twenty feet. Needless to say, enemies were burnt. They might've been cooked alive in their armor, or their clothes and flesh burnt away. The only sounds were their agonized screaming and the constant hum of the man's flames. The twirling would continue until about 3/4ths of the enemies were on the ground and burning. That was when he was finally forced to stop, and instead charged at the remaining enemies. He'd dodge melee blows, and grip enemies' faces with his right palm and letting a combustion of sapphire flames burn their faces and heads off, or he'd simply unleash a massive trail of fire or blast of napalm. Either way, the enemies would fall, burning and screaming. Once the last one's life had burnt away, the man was left standing there, gasping for breath. The flames on his right arm had been extinguished, the glowing faded from his cybernetic arm, and his eyes returning to their original emerald green. The simulation ended, and he returned to the VR room, sweat beading on his forehead as he looked around. Perhaps somebody had entered the room while he was in the simulation, or perhaps not.
Open. Fight, no fight, interact, no interact, whatever.
Enjoy!
The Streets of Dojoville, 9:54 AM "-So he spoke, and so he spoke- That lord o' Castamere-! But now the reins weep o'er his hall- With no one there to hear! Yes, now the reins weep o'er his hall- And not a soul to hear!" Ardain Storm laughed in a gravely, jesting tone, the partially drunk man stalking the streets of Dojoville early in the morning, with the citizens of the local town merely studying him with an odd curiosity. For he was easily a more.. interesting sight, in the eyes of one who was used to the futurism that plagued the Dojo. When taking a closer view, one could point out quite a few of the drunken man's details: he was shorter than most, at five feet and eight inches tall, albeit just missing the average height. He was adorned in the dirty yellow and gunmetal garb of what may have been a knight of old, tattered at the hems whilst plates of hardened steel would lay underneath the cloth, a thick backpack tightly bounded to his shoulders. Kept at his side, was a simplistic long sword, wrapped within a deep leather sheath, albeit the handle was a lighter leather, complemented with a simple teardrop pommel. Such simplicity and averageness almost gave off a certain beauty to it, really. The handle of a dagger would escape the pocket of his cloth, albeit the weapon was likely just as simplistic as the sword was. The drunken Ardain's face was coated by a thick, deep black beard, in contrast to his sandy blonde ponytail, his skin parched with scratches and dirt. A joyful grin darted his face, where it wasn't hidden by patches of hair, stormy grey mixed with light blue eyes drunkly looming over Dojoville's inhabitants- *POW!* "This'll be an easy pick." Ardain found himself stumbling over to the side before he was pressed to a concrete wall by a female, one much taller and uglier than he could try to be, with tattoos engraved into her face. Behind her, stood three more gang members: two males, one robot, whom spoke, with all four looming over him. Funnily enough, and luckily for Ardain.. none had a firearm. In reaction, he drew his dagger and savagely rammed it through the woman's neck, forcing her dying body off as he ripped the knife from her head. Sheathing the knife, Ardain would let out an enthusiastic "Woo!" before drawing the longsword: the blade was simple, yet efficient, being double-edged and suited for both one-handed and two-handed performance. Even as he was sicker than a mule, Ardain at least stood, before pressing the sword against his hand. With that, the blade cut open his right hand, as he was a left handed fighter, the remaining three fingers and palm were throbbing with pain as his own blood dripped upon his iron blade. Then, the blade exploded in a flurry of orange flame, fire kindling around the edges as he raised it up with both hands. The remaining three gang members stepped back, as the drunken man slowly approach, a stumble within each step. "C'mon, you ugly twаts!" And with that, Ardain would laugh - someone would surely notice, wouldn't they? --------------------------------- Tatakoi Plains, 12:54 PM Gideon felt the very presence of death as he meditated. A chilling breeze.. a snowflake, was that it? He could hear the spirits., they were begging for him to departure whenever he could, for something was coming. Something that even they did not understand, nor did they wish for him to encounter. It disturbed him, really.. it was the beginning of fall, and yet, as he opened his eyes.. Snow. The entirety of the plains would be coated with a thick blanket of it all, freezing the elvish wizard's bones to the core. Flakes of frost would coat his arms and hooded head, the monk's staff beginning to freeze as he took it in hand. He attempted to commune with the spirits, yet they were.. gone. As if they had retreated, at last, to whatever abode they dwelled within. As he squinted his eyes, Gideon could make out.. a figure, feminine in nature, yet clad within.. ice. It was as if the being was bounded entirely within ice, glimmering like a precious jewel, yet scarred from wear and combat. They were at least six feet tall, towering over Gideon, really. And in their hands was a massive, frozen javelin, wrapped with tight black and grey leather. The figurine raised their hand- Before being met with a boulder head-on, crashing into their body and sending them flying. "You would dare to bring your deathly presence here, demon?" Gideon would snarl with a certain hatred, studying the frozen creature as it rose from the earth, muffed groans escaping the visor of their helmet before they found their eyes upon Gideon. From there, they brought their hand back, muttering "Nathrë". A sudden spike of ice embedded itself within Gideon's right shoulder, resulting in him yelling in sudden pain. The spike drove right through him, spinning off into the distance and taking out a chunk of his arm. Gideon was forced to the ground as the wound was frozen, frostbite seeping through his arm and chest already. He rose up, breathing heavily as he aimed his staff at the approaching figure. To say the least.. someone best intervene soon.
