Sarah's Personal Apartment, 2 Weeks After a Certain Event
Sarah should've made that choice. Not Oliver. She. Herself. Or whatever grammar.
She had buckets, one in each room of her house. She was unable to use any of her light abilities, and was restricted to her telekinesis.
Luckily, it was still as powerful as before. She was either tired, sleeping eating vegtables-- not eating much sugar, or throwing up.
She didn't want to go out anywhere. Her hair was an absolute mess. It started to look comparable to Mia's during the few times her twin sister took her hair down. It tangled as a Destiny 1 conspircy theory about the Vex.
Her hazel eyes were so weary. So full of regret.
She wore civilian clothes, and sat around. She either watched Rwby, or RvB. (She would get WAAY too emtional about the deaths.)
Sarah got a lot of visits. David would come over and chat twice a week. Then Mason and Mia. Bedlam would stop by daily. Occasional people she hadn't heard from would stop by.
She catalouged who stopped by.
Otherwise, she was bored.
And right now, she was in the middle of watching Rwby. She was up to the beginning of Volume Five.
She heard a knock at the door.
She paused the show, answering it.
Open. Would suggest either Orn or Cth to reply.
"Did you two divorce? Or break up?" She asked. Something about this girl seemed familiar to Bedlam, even her hazel eyes.
-
"I-I...I mean, we broke up...then got together for a night...but then she spent one night with another guy and...she's pregnant." Bedlam sighed, gazing up at the woman. "Wait, another Dark-Drinker? Another kid of Sarah's, I'm guessing?"
-
"Phoebe Smith. And... Wait? My siblings are here?" She asked. She was rather confused, "And she's cheating on my father... oh... he's gonna be mad."
-
"Mad? If your father is Jason then this Sarah is about to go find a way to kill him." Bedlam sighed again. "Why did I leave her?"
-
"Correction. My dad's name is James. Jason is his middle name. And why would she kill him?" Phoebe asked.
-
"Because he's a piece of sh*t and stabbed her." He slowly stood up. "I don't know if I want to talk right now..."
-
"He... stabbed her?" Phoebe asked, "Dad would never do that."
-
"The James here did. He's dead now though. I'm just happy there's no kids of mine from another timeline to remind me of my mistake with Sarah."
-
Stahp giving me ideas
Phoebe seemed a bit sad, now. "Can I do anything to cheer you up?"
-
He shook his head, tears falling from his eyes again despite his smile. "Unless you can turn back time...no. I think...I think I need to be alone. I already miss her...." He began walking away.
F*ck Oliver.
-
Oliver. The young man was adorned in his steel plate armor, yet he kept his helmet within one arm, his face exposed for Sarah. A small purple shawl hung from his shoulders, like a cape almost, as he kept his sword tight to his side. He was heading out for the war. "...Hey." The knight had a package, with him. An early Christmas present, perhaps.
-
"Hello, Oliver," her voice wasn't exactly filled with hate. It was rather annoyed and monotone. She looked absolutely miserable.
-
He took note of that. How could he not? It was his fault, and his alone. "I'm heading out, for.. I don't know how long, but I'll be back. Can I come in, for a bit? I brought you something, forged it a few weeks back after we first met."
-
"Yes, you may," she invited him in. She picked up her notebook, cataloging him down under people who visited. She invited him to sit on the couch.
-
Oliver would sit down, his armor clattering a little as it rustled before going still. He placed the large package down, as it's contents made a clattering noise as well. "We'll be heading to Rivelria. Desert country. If we're lucky.. they'll send me and others back to the Dojo. There.." Oliver sighed. It was a stupid choice, and this was his punishment. If Isabella knew.. he'd be dead, or at least beaten into a pulp.
-
Sarah sighed, "I hope you're back soon." She opened the package, kissing his cheek.
-
Oliver blushed a little, nodding. The package appeared to contain.. a longsword, a rather neat blade at that, at a length of approximately twenty-eight inches long. It could be used in one-hand, and yet two hands as well, while runes ran throughout the blade's edges, glinting with a ruby light. "The weapon can exert rays of energy, whenever the runes are channeled through stronger swings. The rays are.. powerful, some sort of mixture between fire and a magical energy, which practically burns through it's targets. You can thank my sister for the runes. It's the first sword that I've made that's.. okay, I guess. Never thought that I would be a decent smith."

Edited by Splashback77: 12/25/2017 11:10:17 PMShe smiled, "Aww. Thanks. I would like to use it, soon, but I don't have the strength to lift it-- oh dear..." She grabbed her vomit bucket and put use to it. She heaved for a few seconds after. Then she grabbed a nearby water bottle and took a swig, "Ugh. I have to deal with this for the next 11 weeks."

Edited by Weeaboo Of War: 12/19/2017 7:24:32 AM"You'll get there. I'd say that we'd get there, but.. No. I'm coming back for you. I know you'll manage." Oliver would admit, offering a napkin to clean off her mouth, as well as offering to set the sword aside. He was worried sick for her.
-
She cleaned off her mouth. Then she said, "I'll move the sword." Suddenly, a hook for the sword appeared on one of the empty walls. The sword floated over and placed itself there.
-
"Thanks," Oliver sighed, looking back at Sarah. "...I can get Athena to stop by. She's been a nurse for women whom were pregnant before, and she's taken care of them well enough."
-
"Preferably not Athena. She'll scold me for the rest of the 9 months..."
-
"True enough.. there's Cel? She's a Guardian, too. Or Bella, my older sister, but she's dedicated to winning this war.. ...At this rate, I should try to remain here with you. It would be breaking protocol, but..." Oliver sighed. "I'll come home for you. I promise."
