Titanfall:
Dojoville, near The Gate
Ginger coughed, stunned momentarily by the blinding light that shone through his helmet’s visor. The Insurmountable Skullfort, flawless under pressure, had saved his head from cracking open against the hard rock that he’d landed upon. His chestplate, standard-issue DURGA-GNT Type-0, hadn’t been as fortunate. The spinmetal had been scratched up on impact, and the once bright orange armor was stained vermilion with Martian dust, and some amount of blood. Squinting his eyes as he stood up, Ginger wasn’t quite sure if it was his or not.
One moment, he’d been sitting with Aries at the Ramen Shop, making fun of their past antics. The next moment, he’d been swept away by... something. When he awoke on Mars, he had to fight for three days straight against a relentless Cabal onslaught, before... this. Wherever this was. There was no Traveler looming above the skyline... come to think of it, there was no City either. Ginger dusted off his armor, sending red sand flying everywhere, before he pulled out his Thesan-FR4 fusion rifle, and resolutely set it, unwittingly, towards the Dojo.

"Yeah... Let's go." Ginger locks and loads, and gets ready to follow the Warlock.
-
He lead the way, raising his gun "Check every direction."
-
he would see a short woman standing at 5'2 with long black hair hanging lose over her shoulders. She was covered bluish green scales and had two different colored eye one blue grey the bright green. she was slightly distracted though by a young boy looking about ten years old who looked like her son who spots him first as her back is turned as she is putting his hat on him as its cold. "Mom look it's another those titan guys that have those floating talking night lights. " Says luka leyla chuckles at her son turning around to see the newcomer approaching the dojo. "Hi there stranger what brings to the dojo?"says leyla
-
“The Dojo, eh?... I’m, uh, I’m not quite sure how I got here. There was a flash of light, and then... I was here.” The Titan said, cautious of the odd-looking strangers, despite the boy’s young age. “What is this place? Where’s the Traveler?” he asked quietly.

Edited by NightBloomsFell: 12/16/2017 9:53:53 PM"Im not to familiar with this traveler that you speak of but this is tatakai. Fear not though there's quite a few of your guardian fellows here i don't know them personally."says leyla the boy nods in agreement with his mother. He could tell the man didn't trust them to much but he couldn't really blame for that ending up in a strange place away from everything he knows.
-
“Well, that’s reassuring.” Ginger said, genuinely relieved by the information. His shoulders relaxed, and he shouldered his weapon. “So, what’s your name?” he asked, still sounding slightly confused.
-
"Im leyla and this is my son luka. " says leyla luka just waves at him not say something just yet. "Would you like to come inside the dojo? it's a place where warriors from all over the universe gather."says leyla
-
Ginger gives a tiny wave back to Luka, before answering Leyla’s kind offer. “Thank you Leyla,” he said, “I’d appreciate that.”
-
"Alright follow me then ginger."says leyla she turns and walks towards the large gates. She then opens the door allowing him to pass through it. Luka isn't far from her side watching him very closely.

*As Ginger looks around, a rather large and intimidating exo sat by the gate, cleaning off a Titan helm of unknown make. He looks rather tired, slightly bored even, as he wipes the visor off with a rag*
-
“Oh, thank the Traveler, another Titan.” Ginger breathed, relieved and exhausted at the same time. The Titan wore what seemed to be old standard-issue Vanguard armor, painted some shade of ginger-orange at one point, though the paint job had been worn away by combat. “Where am I? What is this place?” he asked, still disoriented. The lights on his Insurmountable Skullfort flashed a calming blue-green.
-
*He looks up from his cleaning a moment, making copius eye contact, revealing two bright orange lights as eyes* From those I've spoken to, the place is called the Dojo, on a planet known as Tatakai. Dunno ho I got here, but I'm pretty sure I'll most likely be staying here since... Who are you, by the way? *His gaze is fixed on the other titan, the mechanisms inside him barely audible, just able to be heard in the quietness of the rustling branches*
-
“Tatakai huh?... Don’t remember hearing that name before.” The Titan held eye-contact through his Insurmountable Skullfort, it’s lights pulsating a calming blue-green, before eventually answering, “People call me Ginger, anyways. Only name I’ve ever gone by. I’m... not exactly sure how I got here either. There was a flash of light, and then... this place.”
-
*The exo holds a metal hand out to shake* Styx-12. Apparently, it shares similarities with a Vex-converted planet: Never stays in one point in time, is simultaneously everywhere and nowhere, and withholds a Schrodinger-existence.
-
“Schrödinger’s planet, eh?... We sure there aren’t any Vex here?” Ginger said, shaking the Exo’s outstretched hand firmly. At Styx’s explanation of the planet, he looked up at the sky, and took in his surroundings. “Well, this place is a helluva lot nicer than the Cosmodrome, at least.”
-
No Vex here, but there's plenty here to kill you. Not that you need to worry, since your ghost can probably pick you right up again. *He says it in a matter-of-fact tone, revealing little emotion whatsoever* So, I'm guessing you came from Mars? The dust on your armor can sure tell a story
-
“Ghost?... Speaking of which, where’s my Ghost? Please tell me I didn’t lose he-” Suddenly, a brightly colored Ghost flew out from beneath a rock, and excitedly bounced by Ginger’s head. He chuckled, and tapped his helmet lightly against her shell. “Well, this is Arianna. She’s physically mute, but our neural symbiosis allows her to telepathically communicate with me. I dunno why the Traveler gave me such a happy Ghost, but, well, she’s kinda hyperactive. Doesn’t like appearing often though. Prefers to remain unsubstantiated.” As if on cue, she transmatted, leaving the two Guardians alone to speak. “And yeah, I was on Mars. Got teleported there, same way I was taken here. Had to fight through a batalion of Dust Giants, just to make it here.”
-
Ah, the Dust Giants. I've got a bone to pick with those asses, but I don't think you want to hear an old exo's tale, huh? *He watches the ghost flutter around, sighing slightly* Yeah, my ghost was the "hopeful" type. Helped me get through a lot, and was the best companion anyone could have
-
“Actually, I’m all ears. I need something that sounds familiar right about now.” Ginger made himself comfortable on a rock, sitting down in a casual position, and drinking from a canteen of water deeply.
-
Alright, then, as you wish. *he looks back at his helmet, he had been absentmindedly cleaning it the whole time and notices a large oil smudge on it from the cleaning solution. Sighing, he starts up* It was just me and Demosthenus, doing a routine patrol on the New Portagual shore, where that massive ice river is? We heard reports of Cabal being in the area, but we put that aside because we had been there a million times. So we then get this transmission, from someone's dying ghost about a fireteam in distress, so we checked it out. Demosthenus was skeptical of course, but still went with it. We get close to where the transmission came from, and BAM, no less then a hundred cabal come rushing at us from all angles. The Phalanx were closing in on us, and the Psions sniped from small holes behind their fortified walls. It was just too much. One rushed at me while I was concentrating my fire on the Psions, and stole Demosthenus before my eyes. I tried to kill the Legionary that did it but, in a state of panic, he teleported me to the Tower, and I never saw him again. *He looks back down at his helmet, wiping it again with a rag* Now I kind of have my light back, some Guardian equipped me with SIVA, but it's not the same.
-
He saw a Warlock nearby. Her armor gleamed with a certain shine and brightness. Wing-like scraps of metal sprouted from the back of her robes. She seemed rather confused as her Ghost floated around her.
-
“Oh, thank the Traveler, another Guardian!” Ginger breathed, relieved and exhausted at the same time.
-
"That's what I'm wondering," she replied. Her voice was rather, high-pitched.
-
"Well... It's good to see another Guardian anyways. I'm Ginger, pleasure to meet you." The Titan extended a hand for her to shake, taking off his helmet with his free hand. His voice was deep, but pleasantly so, even though his throat rasped of dehydration. He looked about Sarah's age, for all that it meant as an immortal Guardian, with black hair and green eyes, and slightly Asian features.
-
"Ginger?" The Warlock asked, "Seems kind of ironic to me. Oh, and I'm Phoebe!" Ginger noticed the Dark-Drinker on Phoebe's back. She took of her helmet. She had rather long blonde hair and hazel eyes.
