2 EXOTIC ENGRAMS FROM ONE BOSS KILL!!!!
I got 2 exotics from the one 3 of coins! I don't believe it! Please drop a like and a bump!

Same thing happened to me when I was playing with my friend, was playing the Blighted Chalice on heroic through the heroic playlist and the boss dropped 2 of them lol and my friend was mad lol

2 Replieshappens quite a lot...my best is getting an exotic from the first shield brother, popping another 3oc and getting two from the second brother....3 in one strike...now that's rare :)

2 RepliesIt's happened since the early days of Draksis farming, and it's awesome when it happens! I think that, allegedly, there's a chance (frigging tiny tiny chance) of exotics dropping from eligible bosses [i]without[/i] 3 of coins equipped, so sometimes the boss will spooge 2 yellows at once if both occur at the same time. Either that or there is a coin-stack mechanic that sometimes overloads and gushes 2 at you.

The first time I went in the last story mission from RoI to farm the bosses, I popped a 3oC and got two exotic engram drops on the first boss. One kill, two exotics. First and only time that's ever happened to me. It was pretty exciting.

3 RepliesThe Defender Titan in your group needs to learn what "Bubble Placement" means. Why would he drop a Bubble right on you while you're using your Super? That's like, Guardian 101 class stuff. Grats on the 2 engrams, but team work people, come on.

Same thing happened to me yesterday. It was Saber Strike, I got boots and gauntlets! Got me to 400 light!

There's a lot of weird stuff going on in the game atm and although this has happened in the past too I've had it happen several times lately, including two times yesterday. Between those times there are usually long stretches of not getting exotic engrams at all though.

My buddy and I BOTH had double exotic drops on the SAME strike once! Pretty sweet

3 RepliesUltras (maybe just some including raid bosses and taken zealots) have a natural exotic drop rate though it is very very slight... three of coins seem to work by adding an exotic drop chance not simply increasing it. Though very very small, double ex drops can happen (you lucky sod!)

I've had that happen with the taken bosses on patrol and I even had a double exotic drop in crucible. I got some salt for that one lol
