I'm back! Now about this group..

First of all.. I'm sorry to all members of the group for abandoning you all like that. It's been a long time since I've been active on Bungie.net. The group was created in 2011 when I was an active community member, and I saw a future purpose for this group. Earlier in the year, with the re-design of Bungie.net and the integration of groups into the public forums, I noticed the lack of a Destiny forum section. I saw this as the perfect chance to get this group properly launched, and immediately opened it up completely to make it a public area of Destiny discussion. Now, with an official Destiny forum section, this purpose has become somewhat redundant but, with such a large following, it'd be a waste for the group to go unused. This is where you guys come in. I'm looking to make some changes around here. Firstly, I wish to re-purpose the group to give it a reason for existing, and a reason for users to join us. Whether that's weekly news posts, contests, game nights, whatever - I'd like to hear what you think. I also can't guarantee my own short-term activity, so I'm looking to promote some users to positions where they're able to post "officially" on behalf of the group, as well as moderate the group forums. This isn't necessarily an application thread, but if anyone has any grand visions for this group and is completely serious about it, let me know. If you have any ideas that you'd just like to throw out there, let me know. If you have any thoughts on group activities.. well, you get the idea.
