swords as heavy weapon?

I completely agree with this there isn't enough diverse heavy weapons (well confirmed at least) yeah you got your fancy rockets and heavy machine guns but imagine an exotic heavy blade called Excaliber with a description of 'pun intended' and it's special quality is it being able to shoot heavy caliber bullets (see what i did there) at nearby enemies that ricochet between enemies when you swing the sword. I think that would be sweet.
