(FWC) Future War Cult

The Future War Cult is a faction of Guardians in the City, Led by an Inner Circle. Known for our military prowess and secrecy. We believe that war with the Darkness is inevitable for that is all we know. The basis for this belief comes from a Golden-Age device in our possession, it's a mind-forking device that allows users to leave their bodies and see visions. The use of the device reported different timelines, one where the Darkness is victorious, another where the city has fallen, and a final timeline that induced insanity to the user. Lakshmi 2 once told me " If there were a single timeline untouched by war, would you have any idea how to live in it?"... I think I might go insane. All I know is struggle, It's in me. I don't think I can change that, so I will prepare for struggle. Our origins aren't widely know but we've been around as early as the late Golden Age. We were once an outsider faction. When the Concordat faction fell from grace, the Future War Cult was selected to replace it in the Consensus and was granted access to the Tower. The Consensus feels that the Cult's philosophy is more interesting than dangerous, and that our focus on combat could aid in the effort to restore the City's territory. I think their right.
