Group rules and raid requests

Theoretically the name of this group implies raid teams for all 'beginners'. So any mode should be fine, hard or normal AS LONG AS you don't include, " know what to do", or, "light lvl 310+ only". All you really need is to allow anyone, even if you are doing hard mode since some players who have never done kings fall may prefer to do HM over SM. Possible posts requests would thereby consist of the following: Need 5 for (x) ANYONE (exp or new) can join. Yes I do understand that the group is for 'new players', but that should not prohibit hard mode for non-experienced players. @AllMods
