The Dark Guardian - Chapter 13: Power

WARNING: This chapter will get violent... =) Location - The Moon Event - The Great War Cam's POV I [i]watched[/i] as that Titan took them away. Fear held me in place as Savathun fell to her knees and that Titan boarded the ship. My knees collapsed. "[i]AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!![/i]" I screamed into my hands. The air started to crackle. "WHY COULDN'T I HELP?!!!" I yelled even louder. I felt that darkness starting to surround my face. My teeth started growing. I felt my nails stretching out into long claws. I could smell that Titan's light... My thoughts were racing... I wanted to [i]Devoure[/i] it... I stood up and threw my helmet off as I headed down to hunt my prey with Savathun. [b]I will murder that Titan[/b] Para's POV "Ya know... you should really wake up" ????? said as it floated around in my head. "Guardians are coming... and you really don't want to be captured by them." I jolted up dripping swear and looked around. It was right. About ten Guardians were approaching in the distance. I stumbled as I stood up. I tried to stretch my wings and realized that they had been burned off. "Oh shit!" I thought as I glanced around for my Redeemer. I saw it sticking out of a rock. "How the hell am I supposed to get them back!!" I said as I picked it up. "How about you try draining one of those Guardian's light? Ya never know, could work." ????? said. I started to wonder who the hell this thing was anyways. "You'll find out who I am soon enough. Just focus on taking out those Guardians. I started to grin. "Now that is something I can do!" I said with a grin. I let the Darkness surround me and lunged at them. This is going to be fun!!! Cam's POV 2 hours later... I sunk my teeth into another Guardian. I drank their light as I clawed at his stomach. I dropped them and watched as their guts spilled out and the pool of light they were laying in spread out the other Guardians I have killed. "Wow... not even enough to be considered a snack," I said as I wiped some Light from my mouth. There were still a few Guardians left. Savathun and I had killed the important ones. While we were fighting, she observed me and watched how my bloodlust overcame me. She [i]loved[/i] it. The ships had taken off a while ago, but I didn't care because Savathuna and I had already made plans to get them back. I felt a Dark presence from above and realized it was Para. "WASSUP GUYS!!!" She said as she touched down on the ground. "I kinda crash-landed on Earth and saw a HUGE ship with a dark presence emanating from it. Ian and Sara are on it! We have to save them and-" she stopped when her eyes fell on me... My teeth and claws were visible to anyone at this point. "Y-You got your powers!!" She shrieked. The next thing I knew, she was flying around me checking me out. There was something different about her though... She seemed stronger. And she has 6 wings now... Weird. [b]Enough[/b] We stopped chatting and looked at the voice. Savathun started to cry and she spoke... "W-We need to get them back... or else, they'll be executed." Her tears broke the ground as they kept on falling... Zero... I promise you this... [b]I will devour your light, and make sure you suffer for an eternity...[/b]
