PS4 Newbie

Just got a PS4 and Destiny, I've played through the main campaign and the first two DLCs. I'm level 32 and was about to start the Taken King campaign when I found out about the refer-a-friend thing. I'm in the EST time zone and I'm in university so I'll be entering exam mode soon and won't have a lot of free time.
